1. Rag-O-Rama

At Rag-O-Rama, you can buy and sell men’s and women’s clothing and accessories, handbags, jewelry, and sunglasses. They sell new and recycled clothing for everybody. The company also has an online shop and includes free shipping on orders over $50.

When buying in-store, the customer is able to choose a token instead of a bag at the end of their purchase. They can then place the token into one of the three local charity option boxes. This counts as five cents towards that charity.

Rag-O-Rama has locations in both Atlanta and Sandy Springs, Georgia. In Atlanta, they are located 1111 Euclid Ave NE. They’re open all week between 11 AM and 8 PM.

2. Lost-n-Found

Lost-n-Found Youth Thriftstore is working towards ending LGBTQ youth homelessness in Atlanta. The thrift store accepts donations of toys, furniture, art, collectibles, fitness equipment, small kitchen appliances, and household goods.

All the items resold help to fund their organization. They accept new unused items to be given to those that are in need.

Lost-n-Found thrift store is located 2585 Chantilly Dr NE. They’re open from 10 AM to 6 PM Monday through Saturday, and 10 AM to 4 PM Sunday.

3. Out of the Closet

Out of the Closet accepts both large and small donations. They’ll even pick up large donations when a pickup request is filled out on their website. This store supports the Aids Healthcare Foundation by giving the foundation 96 cents of each dollar sold at their store. The shop is open 10 AM to 7 PM all days of the week with the exception of Sunday, when they close at 6 PM. Out of the Closet is located 1858 Cheshire Bridge Road Northeast.

4. Rock It Vintage

Rock It Vintage is open Wednesday-Friday from 11 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays from 12 PM to 5:30 PM. They’re available by appointment only Sunday through Tuesday.

5. Value Village

Value Village provides families with discounts on items such as new and used clothing for all ages, beds, mattresses, and sofas. The store also has rare antiques, unique collectibles, housewares, home decor, cookware, bedding, and linens.

They purchase their items from wholesalers and charitable organizations.  All the items they are unable to sell get recycled.

Value Village is located at 1899 Metropolitan Pkwy Sw. They’re open Tuesday through Sunday from 10 AM to 7 PM.

6. The Junkman’s Daughter

The Junkman’s Daughter was first opened by Pam Majors in 1982. She sold items from her father’s stock. She would add some of her own original designs to the items before selling them.

When Pam passed away in December 2016s, she left the store for her son, Moss Mills. This store sells a wide range of eclectic items, from clothing and accessories to posters, movies and books.

7. Buckhead THRIFTique

Buckhead THRIFTique is a part of Buckhead Christian ministry. They help to provide free clothing to people in need. You’ll find affordable options at their store and all proceeds help to provide families in crisis with food and shelter. They’re proud that their existence helps to reduce waste in the environment. Shop their store located at 800 Miami Circle, Suite 160 Atlanta, GA 30324. Buckhead THRIFTique is open from 11 AM to 5 PM.

8. Labels Resale Boutique

Labels Resale Boutique is pricier than some of the other stores, but with good reason. They give new life to high-end clothing brands by reselling them at their five locations in Atlanta.

Their website provides a list of labels they accept and gives people all around the world the option to mail in items they wish to consign. Labels Resale Boutique gives 50% of the sale to the consigner.

10. Psycho Sisters

Psycho Sisters began when Angie McLean opened the store in 1991. The store focuses on providing shoppers with a welcoming environment. Their inventory consists of clothing and accessories from many eras. You’ll find Psycho Sisters located at 428 Moreland Ave NE and they’re open from 10 AM to 10 PM every day except Sunday, when they close at 9 PM.
